By downloading, installing, or using PolySnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

PolySnap provides artificial intelligence-powered creative tools ("Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as outlined at the time of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your app store account settings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any images you upload or process ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a temporary license to process your User Content solely to provide the services you requested. We do not use your private images to train public AI models.

5. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available in the application or on our website.
